Refund policy

At Comfort Step, we want returns to be clear and straightforward. This policy explains when returns are accepted and how refunds are handled.


Return Window

You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or a short video (if requested)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Comfort Step is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@getcomfortstep.com as soon as possible with photos so we can review the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
