90-Day Comfort Guarantee
You may try your Comfort Step product for up to 90 days from the date of delivery.
If it’s not the right fit or comfort for you, you may request a return within this period.
This guarantee is designed to give you time to experience real, everyday use — not just a quick try-on.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The return request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
- The item must be returned to us before a refund is processed
- The product should be in reasonable condition, showing only normal wear from trial use
- The item must not have intentional damage, misuse, or excessive wear
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return

2. Provide your order number and the email used at checkout
3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions
Please do not send items back without contacting support first.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Comfort Step is not responsible for items lost during return transit
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete processing
Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When verified, we may offer:
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- An appropriate resolution based on the situation
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have any concerns, we strongly encourage contacting our support team first so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Opening a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution, as refunds cannot be processed while a dispute is under review.
